Franchisees from over a dozen countries throughout Europe and Asia attend ongoing training to gather ideas on improving their businesses and accelerating growth
From July 15-19, both new and veteran Helen Doron franchise owners from around the world gathered at Helen Doron headquarters for intensive business training. With 20 new Master Franchisors joining in less than three years, and over 170,000 active students worldwide, global network members experienced intensive training experience, learning from subject matter experts, brainstorming with colleagues, and discussing topics with fellow professionals who share their dedication to childhood education.
The first two days of training cover everything a franchisee needs to know for a successful operation: from the rationale beyond Helen Doron’s unique methodology and the wide variety of services its franchises can offer, to the nuts and bolts of opening a learning centre. The second part will be dedicated to advanced training for Master Franchisees – an experience solely available at Helen Doron HQ. From detailing crucial tax and legal considerations to providing key tools for achieving explosive growth, this intensive training will provide participants with everything they need to ensure the present and future success of the region under their responsibility.
Anne Gordon, Vice President, Customer Business Development comments, “Helen Doron was awarded Best Children’s & Education Franchise 2019, as we provide unprecedented support to our franchisees on all levels. As part of this comprehensive support, we are committed to providing ongoing business training at Helen Doron. As global demand for quality English education continues to rapidly increase, we are ready to meet the challenge by continually training outstanding new professionals.”
More Than a Business. A Way of Life.
Founded in 1985 to teach children English as a Foreign Language, the Helen Doron Educational Group has more than 1,000 learning centres and kindergartens in 37 countries. Helen Doron’s innovative and proven methodology is the creative inspiration behind the company’s flagship franchise, Helen Doron English, together with Helen Doron Kindergartens, MathRiders, and Ready Steady Move! To date, the Group has taught nearly three million children to speak English, master maths, experience nature, and learn through movement. The network is rapidly expanding, while maintaining its core values and community spirit, combined with business success. We seek additional franchisees to penetrate new markets and business partners to expand its rich educational content and continue breaking new boundaries in children’s education.
